The Letting agents, Romans, were always making apppointments to view the flat, and then didn't turn up on the day. Our official agent left the company and our emails went to nobody, we weren't told about it at all and were left to deal with our issues. The landlords were amazing though. very kind and always repaired things right away. There was a rat problem where they were climbing up into our kitchen and eating our food and even cutlery! The exterminator couldn't seem to get rid of them. Downstairs oap neighbours thought they were our parents and forbade us to walk around our own flat at night. They also let themselves into our garden whenever they wanted.
